Yes. All my sites are performance-optimised for every connection — from fast broadband to mobile networks. Small image sizes, no heavy scripts, tested across devices. Your customers load your site instantly, wherever they are in the world.
No monthly fees from me. Hosting costs around $3–10/month depending on the provider you choose — but I help you set it up and pick the cheapest reliable option. You own your site outright.
Small text/photo swaps are free for 7 days after launch (30 days on Premium). Anything beyond that — new features, new sections, structural changes — is quoted upfront before I touch anything, starting from $75. Nothing gets built without you approving the price first.
You don't need to manage anything. Once it's live, it just runs. If you need changes, WhatsApp me — I handle it. You focus on running your business. I handle the website.
Message your business name, services list, and one photo. I start building immediately. Within 24 hours you get a live link you can share with anyone. If you want changes, I make them within another 24 hours. Most clients are live within 48 hours total.
Standard and Premium packages include SEO setup — proper meta tags, Google Search Console submission, and local business structured data. This doesn't guarantee rank 1 overnight, but it gets you indexed correctly and found by people searching in your city.

1. Free Demo, No Upfront Risk
Every project starts with a live, working demo built to your business — not a mockup. You see it running in the browser before a single dollar changes hands. Nothing is invoiced until you approve the demo in writing (a WhatsApp message confirming "approved" is sufficient).
2. Payment Structure
50% deposit due after demo approval, before final build and handover begins.
50% balance due on final delivery, before domain/hosting credentials and source files are transferred.
International clients pay via Wise or PayPal in their local currency (USD, GBP, EUR, AED, AUD, CAD). Indian clients may pay via UPI.
Prices quoted at time of order are locked for that project — no mid-project repricing.
3. Scope & Revisions
Each package includes the pages, features, and revisions outlined at checkout. Requests that add new pages, features, or integrations beyond the original scope are quoted separately as a fixed add-on price — always shared and agreed before any extra work starts. No surprise invoices.
4. 30-Day Bug Warranty
Every delivered site is covered for genuine defects — things that are broken and don't work as demoed — for 30 days from handover, free of charge. This does not cover new features, design changes, content swaps, or structural changes, which are quoted as separate work.
5. Ownership & Handover
You own the domain, hosting account, and all data — always registered in your name, never mine. On final payment, you receive full source files and admin access. Nothing is held hostage on my servers.
6. Turnaround
Most demos are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your business details; most projects go fully live within 48 hours of the deposit clearing. Timelines can extend for larger SaaS/automation builds, and I'll always flag that upfront before you commit.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You can walk away at any point before paying the deposit — the demo costs you nothing. Once the deposit is paid and build work begins, it covers time and work already committed and is non-refundable, except where the delivered work materially fails to match the approved demo.
8. Communication
WhatsApp is the primary channel for updates, approvals, and support requests — it's faster than email and keeps a clear written record for both sides.
